| 1) You MUST provide a link to my page (https://laydylynx.tripod.com/ctrails.html)
on each and every page in which you use a cursor trail of mine on. If this
offends your artistic sensibilities, you may link me in a RESOURCE or CREDITS
page, but said page must be linked to EACH page in which my cursor trails
are used. If you opt for the latter choice, you must specify that the link
to my site is for cursor trails. Example: The cursor trails I have used
on my page(s) are courtesy of LaydyLynx.

| 2) The only images you may download, upload,
save, grab, take, or use are the ones which are specified as cursor trail
images. You may NOT take the backgrounds, images, graphics, or pictures
in the section you are about to enter or any other section of my web site.

| 3) You may not alter, change, colorize, or
modify any of the images without my expressed permission. The exception
is resizing the images which is accomplished by changing the coordinates
within the JavaScript for a cursor trail. If there is something you want
changed, e-mail me, and I will see
what I can do for you. I am not an evil witch that will automatically say
no.

| 4) The images I offer as cursor trails can
NOT be used or offered in other cursor trail collections or graphic/image
collections, and can NOT be used for any other purpose but to be used in
a cursor trail.

| 5) Load the images on to your own server or
web site directory. DO NOT LINK TO MY IMAGES. If you do, I will be forced
to hunt you down and kill you like the rabid animal you are. (Can you tell
I feel strongly about this?)

| 6) My images can not be used in sites that
contain pornography of any kind, abuse of any kind, and/or bigotry or racism
of any kind. There is a difference between pornography and artistic nudity.
If you don't know the difference then don't use my images just in case.

| 7) If I request that one of my images be removed
from your site, you will do so within 7 days of my first e-mail. The only
reason I would ask anyone to remove one of my images/cursor trails is if
said person violated any of the other terms stated on this page.

| 8) Please send me the URL of the page(s) in which you are using one of my cursor trail images. It inflates my ego to unnatural proportions. In return, I will link your page in the section I have made specifically for that purpose, so others can see who is using my images and what they're doing with them. (Free site advertising anyone?) |
